RESTAURANT BOOKING POLICY
We require a £10 booking fee per person for all bookings on Sundays.
Booking fees are non-refundable but will be deducted from your final food & drinks bill.
Table bookings are for 1 hour and 30 minutes unless prior notice is given to extend the booking time slot.
Confirmation email will be sent to the lead of the booking which will need to be presented on arrival.
We would respectfully ask that you are ready to be seated at the time of your reservation. Should you arrive after your booking time, we may need to hold you back to a later time to ensure the best possible level of service to all our guests.
We regularly have several Vegetarian and Gluten Free options available, but if you have other specific dietary requirements, it is essential that we are notified prior to your visit to ensure that we can cater for you appropriately. RESTAURANT CANCELLATION POLICY
The restaurant’s continued viability relies on reservations being honoured by our customers, and adequate notice being given of any changes or cancellations.
We reserve the right to retain the booking fee of £10 per person for any booking that is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or in the event that guest numbers are reduced without prior notice. Please note “The booking fee in the sum off £10.00 per head will be deducted from your final bill.”
For all bookings, you must notify us of a cancellation or any changes to the number of guests at least 24 hours prior to your booking.
The cancellation booking fee reflects the cost incurred by King Street Tavern in terms of staffing, food, and any lost revenue as a result of turning away other potential bookings.
We will notify you if any cancellation fee is applied.
